Oddly Books is an extension of the writing world of Nicola McDonagh,   and now incorporates the work of Nik Grybaski.

This is a place where striving to excel in the written word takes precedence over the mass marketing of genre - producing work that can definitely be described as ‘oddly’ indeed.

'I'm someone who seeks out the extraordinary.

I look for what lies beneath the surface and see if I can't drag it

out and make it come to life.

I see beauty in most things, even if they've been dead for a while.

I live with my husband and a lot of cats and chickens in the lovely Suffolk countryside, where I wander and wonder and

absorb the breath of stars.

I write and teach and cook and eat and run around the garden, but not like a teddy bear. My arms and legs are still quite bendy, despite my advancing years.'
